Companion registration (must accompany a registered meeting attendee) includes:

Companion registration fee is similar to non-members.

For those attendees receiving a complimentary registration (e.g. plenary speakers) a discount code will
be emailed by the local arrangement committee.

Registration Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations and refund requests for registration, and tours must be submitted via email to
cspb2020@gmail.com by May 18, 2020. Cancellations made by this deadline will
receive a full refund, less a $45.00 administration fee. Cancellations made after May 18, 2020, will not
receive a refund. No refund requests will be granted for no-shows. Delegate substitutions are not
permitted.
